Jobs are how you avoid paying Robux for clothes the store already sells for coins. This ranking uses coins per attention, not vibes. Full how-to is on jobs and coins. Here is the short fight.
S — Rikki’s waitress
Central set, official screenshot, orders from NPCs and players. You are paid to stand in the most photogenic building on the waterfront. Social servers make this faster; empty servers still have NPCs. Clock in as a human, tray the ramp, clock out, then swim.
Rikki’s stays S until a better indoor job ships. It is also the job you should learn even if you hate cafes, because every other player will meet you there.
A — Lifeguard
Hero-art job. Quieter, outdoor, good for people who do not want player tickets. Coin rate is expected to be steadier and lower-drama than waitressing. A-tier because you still need to find the prompt near the cabanas and because fewer players will order from you.
Wear the red-cross look if you have it. This is a dress-up game; the job is half uniform.
A — Fishing (completion) / C — Fishing (wage)
Fishing is a split grade on purpose. As a badge, Fresh Catch is A: Caught all fish is rare and Mako holes are real content. As a wage, it is C. A focused Rikki’s block prints cosmetics faster than hoping for bites. Use fishing after you can afford to fail a few casts.
B — Side quests (turtle, secrets)
The baby turtle hunt and other Mako secrets are content, not a career. B if you enjoy exploration. F as a coin plan.
What not to rank yet
Any job only mentioned in a Discord leak without a prompt on a live server. Launch still has bugs. If a “hotel maid” NPC appears next patch, it will get a row in updates.
Passes on top of jobs
x2 Money doubles job earnings. It does not change the order of this list — it just makes S and A more worth your time. VIP does not. Work S-tier first, then decide on the pass with the job planner.
If a code drops from the like goal, you still want a job. Codes expire. Shifts do not.
How to pick for your session
If you logged in with friends who want drinks, Rikki’s is not optional — you are the content. If you logged in tired, Lifeguard is the A-tier quiet job and you should not feel guilty for skipping trays. If you logged in to hunt the turtle or a cove, skip wage jobs entirely for that hour and treat Mako as the session. Ranking S does not mean you must work it every login.
Mix blocks: two waitress tickets, one beach patrol, one Fish Shop turn-in. That route walks the whole Gold Coast and keeps you from burning out on a single prompt. It also surfaces launch bugs faster — if two jobs fail in the same server, hop.
Do not clock in as a mermaid to “save time.” You will lose the prompt and then blame the tier list. Human form is part of the grade.
When a new job ships, it starts at B until we see whether it takes player orders, whether it pays in coins, and whether it sits on the main strip. Hotel work would be A if it is as central as Rikki’s. A hidden cave job would be B for explorers and F as a first-hour recommendation.
